This is where the rubber hits the road. We publish all of our marketing - digital, analog and experiential. We hit social media, and the internet, send traditional marketing, such as post cards and start personal showings. When the prep has been done well, this will bring buyers and get offers.
Sell
Managing the negotiations and the multiple timelines will get you to the closing table. Working with a great team - lender and title company - creates a seamless process and keeps stress low.
