I create exceptional real estate experiences through meaningful personal relationships.  I do this by hearing clients’ hopes, fears, needs, and desires; I care for, and protect their interests to help them achieve their goals.

With over 15 years of consumer marketing experience, I take selling your home to the next level!  In the post-Covid world, finding new ways to get exposure for your home and connect buyers is my specialty.  I use a consumer-marketing approach to promoting your home for sale.  I use traditional print, digital, virtual, and social medias to get the word out and get the greatest number of offers possible.

Having worked with and for companies like Pepsi, Coke, Mountain Dew, Frito-Lay, Heinz, Tropicana, and New Balance Shoes, I have a wealth of knowledge in connecting the public with products.  I make real estate fun, creating an experience for potential buyers, so they connect with your home and want to buy it.

So, what the heck is a PSA?  Well, it’s an earned certification through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) where you take a class, and then a series of tests to demonstrate you know the concepts and materials.  There is an application process and a fee to become a PSA.

 

Here’s what a PSA learns:

  • The purpose and benefits of a competitive market analysis, and how to guide clients through them

  • Terminology of pricing and valuation

  • The Code of Ethics as it relates to pricing

  • How to identify appropriate comparable homes, and where to find information about them

  • The role of supply and demand in pricing

  • How to adjust comparable homes

  • Specific challenges and special situations in making adjustments

  • How to work with appraisers

  • How to hone pricing skills and practices

 

Ok… so why does this matter?? 

 

Great question!  Well, the most important part of getting the best offer in the shortest amount of time is pricing it right!  There’s a lot that goes into a “right price.”  Starting with the wrong price can cost you time, and ultimately, yield a lower price.

This form of advertising is still immensely powerful!  To have someone hold something in their hands is a great way to have have someone connect with your home.  In today’s lightning-fast market, things like postcards can be difficult to utilize.  Instead, I may utilize print media in fun, unique… and fast ways to get the word out about your home quickly.

Times have changed, and marketing tactics have to keep up.  That’s why I have pivoted to communicate with consumers in a multitude of ways. While I utilize virtual meetings through Zoom, I can also do virtual open houses, and I provide a Virtual 3D Home tour to all of my clients who are selling a home.  This allows people to see your home, ask questions, and make offers in the way they (and you) are most comfortable.

We all know that social media is where most people are spending a TON of time these days!  It may be Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram.  There are so many platforms out there to help spread the word about your property, and each platform has its own algorithm… or little tricks… to have the most people see your posts.  If you’re not up to date with these ever-changing dos and don’ts, the information will just be floating around in cyberspace with no one seeing it.  Capturing these audiences is an amazing way to reach a broad range of potential buyers.
